Dental Insurance
Ameritas dental insurance plan offers reasonable
group rates for WSSRA members. This plan allows you
to use your own dentist or you may choose a network
provider and save from 20-30%.
Vision Plan
VSP has a network of thousands of doctors, located
in rural and metropolitan areas throughout the
nation. In fact, VSP's network is so comprehensive,
that more than 90 percent of members have access to
a VSP doctor within 10 miles of work and home. VSP
doctors provide both eye exams and eyewear giving
members a convenient "one-stop" for all their
eyecare needs.

Long Term Care / Home
Health Care
AMBA will build a Long Term Care policy
to match your own individual needs; you select the
daily benefit amount, elimination period, and
benefit period which best suits your needs for care.
The Long Term Care Policy features include: no prior
hospital stay and no waiting period for pre-existing
conditions.
Cancer
Treatment Policy
This policy can help with the costs associated with
diagnosing and treating cancer.
Medicare Supplement Policy
Medicare pays for some, but not all, of the health
care expenses for people age 65 and over. Medicare
Supplement Insurance is designed to help with your
out-of-pocket health care costs by paying for some
of these expenses depending on the plan you select
to meet your personal needs and budget. You have the
freedom of choice to select the doctors, hospitals,
and clinics that you want, and you will never be
cancelled because of age or health. You can select
from Plans A, B, C, D, F and G. All benefits are
paid in addition to any other existing coverage you
may have.
Final Expense Whole Life
Policy
You can have peace of mind knowing that
your premiums are guaranteed never to increase and
your coverage is guaranteed never to decrease. Your
cash values are accumulated on a tax-deferred basis.
Death benefits paid to your beneficiary are tax
free.
Tax-Deferred Annuity
AMBA offers a Single Premium Tax-Deferred solution
for your retirement featuring tax-deferred
accumulation of interest, guaranteed competitive
interest rate, multiple payout options, income you
won't outlive, and a nursing home waiver.

Association
Over the past 29 years, Medical Air Services (MASA)

providing life saving emergency assistance from home
